Hi, I’m Farran.
Yoga, meditation and pilates are my passions and I want to share them with you.

I have been practicing yoga and meditation for over 17 years. I was called to do my yoga teaching training in 2020. A few years later I found and trained in pilates and that combo made me the strongest, happiest person I have ever been.

A couple of babies later and again yoga, meditation and pilates have built me back up from the inside out.

Hence, Studio Prana was born so that I can pass on the benefits I experience to you whilst juggling being a devoted mum.
